PASAY CITY, METRO MANILA — The World of Safety and Security Expo (WOSAS) 2026, organized by Worldbex Services International (WSI), has officially announced its conference lineup for SecuCon 2026, set to take place from August 5 to August 8, 2026, at the SMX Convention Center Manila. SecuCon brings together government leaders, industry specialists, corporate partners, and security practitioners to share insights, strategies, and next-generation technologies to strengthen safety and resilience across sectors.
The conference will open on Wednesday, August 5, 2026, under the theme Cybersecurity & Digital Protection, focusing on safeguarding data, networks, and the digital economy. The program begins at 1:00 PM with Ms. Josephine J. Santiago along with Atty. Rolando L. Somontina II. The afternoon sessions will continue with technical feature presentations sponsored by ACTIV8. The presentation by ACTIV8 will be followed by the Philippine Disaster Resilience Foundation (PDRF). The first day of SecuCon will end by Ar. Vic Sansano.
Day two on Thursday, August 6, 2026, centers on Resilience in Action for Safer, More Resilient Communities, highlighting proactive preparedness and risk management. The Cybercrime Investigation and Coordinating Center (CICC) will kick off the morning session followed by a talk by Ar. Marlon Baylon. The day will wrap up with emergency preparedness insights from Mr. Efren M. Gabriel and a wellness session that will be hosted by Kapwa Kolektive with their Beat Burnout.
On Friday, August 7, 2026, SecuCon tackles Advancing Security Through Leadership and Innovation to promote safer communities through visionary leadership. The session will open at 10:00 AM with Ms. Jennifer G. Calma, followed by Dr. Fernando Solina, Mr. Elmer Cepeda, Mr. Louie Domingo, Dr. Eulogio Reyes, Dr. Steve Cutler, and Mr. Christopher Santos.. The day concludes with a CPR training by BELLKENZ of Makati Medical Center.
The final day on Saturday, August 8, 2026, focuses on The Future of Safety & Security, exploring technologies and strategies shaping tomorrow’s threat landscape. The final track features back-to-back expert presentations starting with Dr. Juliano Salmasan Parena Jr., followed by Dr. Ed Fulgencio, Dr. Mike Datuin, Mr. Martin Aguda, Jr. with Mr. Arvin Quiapo, Dr. Bong Nebrija, and Ar. Dax Augustus Tapay.
